| Terms / What to Expect |

| 1. I use a Vemmo Business Account for payment - please let me know if this does not work for you for any reason. |
| 2. I require 50% of payment upfront and the rest upon completion. |
| 3. I ask for one month to complete a project - if I expect a project will take longer I will let you know. |
| 4. Refunds / cancellations are offered up to the finished sketch. |
| 5. While communication via social media is fine, I will need to send you the finished piece over email or Discord to preserve quality. |
| 6. I will sign my art, do not remove my signiature. |
| 7. Unless specifically asked not to, I may post projects on social media or use them in my portfolio. |
| 8. Please be prepared to send reference photos for any specifics. |
| 9. I will send frequent progress photos, please provide feedback as I do so. The earlier the better! |
